We have made it halfway through the summer! We have met so many new faces and made lots of friends. We are glad to spend our summer making crafts, cooking and playing sports.
We have some pro fishers over at camp! Counselors took some campers down to the lake during activites to catch some fish! Looks like they were successful!
Nature Sallie always finds cool ways to teach the kids about little creature they find on our trails. They found some salamanders on our nature trail and down at the lake. They also did some decorating in the nature center!
Heidi helped campers make a new craft on the farm. These tin foil paintings turned out great!
On thursday, we had our theme day! Snow in July! All the activites for today were snow themed. Campers made sand snowman, snow hats, cinnamon ornaments, ginger bread cookies, paper snow flakes and more!
We know its session five but tie-dye never gets old. Campers make tie-dye each week and wear their colorful creations on friday!
After the big rain storm, our pony ring flooded so instead of riding, the horses got a make-over. Looks like they loved it!
We played a whole camp game of sleeping lion! Everyone stayed warm and dry up stairs in the afternoon instead of the lake. It was super fun!
Everyone can't wait to do activities. It's a race to get to their favorite one!
More animal shenanigans!
Meet all our head counselors! We are so thankful for you all!
